Happy Chocolate Chip Day!!!

Happy Chocolate Chip Day!  I adore this recipe, it is totally decadent, worth every single calorie.  This is great for those special occasions, ladies luncheons, bridal showers, the croissants make all of the difference.  Definitely give this a chance!  Serve it with ice cream and hot fudge and you are in for a real treat.

There are so many different variations on this recipe too, you can add dried cranberries, nuts, etc.  I love this recipe and is amazing on a cold winter day!

Chocolate Chip Croissant Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

6 croissants, coarsely chopped
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 large eggs

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Mix croissant chunks and chocolate chips in an 8-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs. Pour the mixture over the croissants and let sit, covered with plastic wrap, for at least 10 minutes or up to an hour in the fridge. Bake for 40 minutes.

in addition, all photos, recipe titles as well as your blog name would link directly back to your blog. Thus giving you new attention and potentially new readers.

Or, if you just want to take a look at a lot of fellow food bloggers all in one place. A great learning experience to get ideas about how to establish your own blogging voice!
